All products and services available on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions……

• You must provide me with your real name, phone number and email address.
• On receipt of your items, they become your responsibility.
• The product images might vary slightly due to some colour variation occurring in different monitor screens and settings.
• Quilting Sewlutions are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your informationin accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. I will only use it to fulfil your order.
• When using my site, you accept that communication will be mainly by electronic means, thus com-plying with the legal requirement that communications should be in writing.

• I will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
• Quilting Sewlutions will acknowledge receipt of your order and post it to you as soon as possible after receipt of payment, but will not be responsible for any delay of delivery.

If you are not happy with your purchase……..

• Contact me to tell me of the problem – [email protected] – within 7 days of receipt.
• Return the item in the original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days with a proof of purchase to 20, Winterbottom Way, Olney, Bucks, MK46 5GJ
• You will pay for the return postage. Only if the item is faulty, and a refund is approved, will I also refund the return postage cost which will be credited to your account within 7 days.
• Sale items cannot be refunded.
