Delivery

All quilts will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked with Signature:

Orders £20 or under, the postage charge will be £5.25

Orders £20 to £35.00 postage charge is £6.25

Orders over £35 the postage charge is £10.00

 

For Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm :

Orders £50.00 or under, the postage charge will be £10.00

Orders over £50 the postage charge is £12.75

 

Please note : Royal Mail signed for first class are only covered up to £50.  If your order is over £50 it is recommended that you select the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service at the checkout.

For particularly heavy or bulky items, Parcel Force express 48 may be used, delivery estimated as 2 working days – these are only estimates and Quilting Sewlutions cannot be held liable for these estimates and they should be used as a guide only.

Quilting Sewlutions reserve the right to notify you in the event that the postage is significantly higher than the postage rate appearing at the checkout stage due to the size or weight of the order.

Quilting Sewlutions will in these circumstances email you with details of the amended cost of postage and will only proceed with the order upon receiving confirmation by email that you accept the amended postage rate.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase……..

  • Click here to email me to let me know what the problem is – within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return the item in the original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days with a proof of purchase to 20, Winterbottom Way, Olney, Bucks, MK46 5GJ
  • You will pay for the return postage. Only if the item is faulty, and a refund is approved, will I also refund the return postage cost which will be credited to your account within 7 days.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
